I had Domestic cleaning services scheduled to clean on Wednesday the 4th of December and no one turned up or bothered to call. When I called I was told they were trying to reach me but didn’t have my number and asked if it was ok to come on Thursday instead. The next day cleaners arrived 45 mins late. I specifically asked to bring hoover as mine isn’t working properly and they came without it, no one had called me in advance and warned me. Apparently theirs was broken and parts hadn’t arrived on time. One of the girls was great, the one that cleaned bathrooms had done a very poor job. I will not be calling them back.Been having regular cleaning with Michelle for six months always pleased after her visit
